Seven Greek hotels and a hotel in Cyprus is among the best in the world. At least that is the result of the largest customer survey conducted in the tourism industry. Surveys are conducted each year by Germany's leading tour operator TUI to find the most popular holiday hotels in the world. The 100 has been awarded with the "TUI Holly", the famous hotel price. The Cypriot and Greek Holly's award-winning hotel was presented the coveted trophy yesterday in Athens by Dr Ingo Burmester, Executive Director of the medium and long-haul tourism at TUI Deutschland. The award is testament to the hotels' excellent quality and high service.

Finally becoming bike paths and walking paths clear of Kos. Our Mayor George Kiritsis has really prepared up Kos.Numera you can bike or walk through the Kos town without being afraid of traffic, it also has one-way port and moved the taxi station to reduce traffic in the city. Moreover, it has begun underground elstationer (digging down pole) to reduce the radiation, and now must be to sort their garbage fantastic .. During the winter of 2009 to 2010 have started bicycle lanes along the entire Kanari street photos coming soon ..

For those who think that you go to Kos just for sunbathing, swimming and partying have been wrong. The island has much more to offer in order to enhance the atmosphere for all ages. You can choose anything from a beautiful tennis or mini golf, to horseback riding on the beach, fun waterpark receiving adrenaline pumping through your body. Or why not try a dive in the coral blue Mediterranean Sea and watch the fish in all its colors and shapes. There is so much choice for all ages and tastes!
Asklepion
In ancient times, was Asklepion a holy place and served as contemporary downloadable rett. there was a temple gone to honor the god Asclepius. When patients arrived they had to undergo cleansing rituals as fasting, hydrotherapy, hypnosis and dream therapy. They wore then presented offerings to the god Asclepius, and hoped that they thus would be forgiven their sins and thus be cured.
Asklepion temples were built mostly in anknytnin to other temples erected to the many gods honor. For 600s f.Kr were already 300 of these Asklepion in Greece and the most important of them all, it was here on Kos. It was so famous due to the theories of Hippocrates lived and worked here during the turn between 400-300 BC
The magnificent facility where Asklepion low took about 900 years to build. Unfortunately, much has been destroyed by several earthquakes. Time, the weather has also done its course to its decline, but it is nevertheless worth a visit!

A GREAT night life: one can wish for anything more from a holiday resort. but there is much more than a hectic nöjesliv.Det addition, there is so much to see that one or two weeks is not enough, and it is one of the reasons that many will come back to Hippocrates island year after year.
